Refund policy

No refunds are permitted under normal circumstances.

Refunds will only be offered when items arrive faulty. Evidence of said faultiness, tags still attached must be sent to francis@crillylondon.com under the subject "refund request". You have 14 days from when the items arrive to start your request.
